General Election: Tuesday, November 3, 2026

The Public Service Commission (PSC) is a five-member elected body created to regulate Georgia Power and ensure that consumers receive safe, reliable, and reasonably priced electric, telecommunications, and natural gas services. Elected statewide for staggered six-year terms, two seats on the Commission (Districts 3 and 5) are on the ballot this year. All Georgians can vote for all seats.
